He will discuss how the process works and the role of the Vice President and Congress in the process as well as the popular vote in choosing the President and Vice President. He will discuss the history of conflict between the popular vote and the Electoral College vote and what happens when no candidate receives a majority of the Electoral College vote. Finally, he will lead a discussion regarding the process of changing the current Electoral College.\n \n
