The Executive Team includes the officers of the board, plus the program committee chair and is utilized to set the agenda for the board of trustees meetings. These meetings are closed to the public although invitations may be extended to those individuals wanting to bring an item to the table for the board.

The Fund Development Committee works to help establish a fundraising plan that includes such fundraising tactics as special events, grant requests, individual and corporate sponsorships, estate planning, donation requests, and product sales.
