LEAGUE’S ANNUAL MEETING

(drive past the building, through to the two story parking garage, then veer left to reach level 2 where you will find the entrance)
Join us for the 2016 Annual Meeting to mingle with old and new League friends, hear the latest on League activities, meet the nominees for the board and get updated about exciting plans for this election year.
5:30 – Registration and facility tour
6:00 – Dinner will be served
6:30 – Speaker, Mimi Tarrasch; Women in Recovery
7:00 – Recognition and Reports
7:30 – Annual Business Meeting
We are excited to have as this year’s speaker, Mimi Tarrasch. Ms. Tarrasch is the Executive Senior Director of the Women in Recovery Program which seeks to curb the effect of the high incarceration rate of women in Oklahoma and bettering the lives of at-risk children and families in Tulsa.
New WIR program participants are provided with clothing, cosmetics and food, any donations would be appreciated.
Dinner of Caprese salad, Chicken Piccata or Veggie Pasta and lemon cake will be served by WIR participants and will be $20. Please return the attached reservation form with payment or the use the Eventbrite link to let us know you will be attending. Please respond by June 1st.
The reports from the Nominating, Program and Budget Committees are attached for the business portion of the meeting.
Also, take this opportunity to renew your membership. Dues are $60 for an individual membership plus $25 for additional members of the same household or $25 for a student. Please email [email protected] with any changes in your contact information.
