Our Unit meetings are moving right along in their studies of important issues. The Breakfast Unit will dive into a thought-provoking article entitled “Should Everyone Vote?” The Midtown Unit will continue their study and discussion of LWVMT’s policies and positions. The North Tulsa Unit will not be meeting during the summer months.
Breakfast Unit will meet on Tuesday, June 28th at 7am at the New Atlas Grill in the Doubletree, downtown.
Midtown Unit will meet on Tuesday, June 21st at 11:30am at the League office. Bring your own lunch. Discussion begins at 11:30, meeting will commence at 12. We will look at what budget measures the 2016 legislature failed to pass and determine which ones we would support in the next session.
