Mark you calendars for February 15! The newly chartered North East Oklahoma Coalition of Black Trade Unionists (NEOKCBTU) Chapter based in Tulsa will be hosting its 1st Annual Black History Awards Banquet in salute to Black History month. Awards will be presented and the program agenda will focus on the historical relationship of the labor movement, civil rights and the African American community.
It will be held at the Greenwood Cultural Center on February 15. A reception with a cash bar will start at 6pm and the dinner and program will start at 7pm. Donations for the banquet are $50.00/person and $500/table of ten. Please contact 918.859.4773 or email [email protected] for more information.
