Conflict of Interest
Support strong, enforceable conflict of interest legislation.
A uniform conflict of interest law should extend to all elected officials, some appointed officials, department heads responsible for policy decisions and expenditures, and to candidates for office. Financial disclosure is a critical element in any conflict of interest legislation.
